Yea the guy puts his hand up to shield himself from a stray bullet... that must be the muck-and-mire school of target shooting. As for that orange thing, you really have to wonder what the heck they were thinking when they did that.
I never knew pushing the pistol forward makes the bullets come out faster... I have been doing it wrong all these years.
