A simple healthy meal

Chop up a mess of cherry tomatoes . . . .
. . . some basil and some garlic . . .
. . . mix it all in a bowl with olive oil salt an pepper . . .
. . . boil up some fettuccine . . .
. . . and toss it all together . . . good for what ails you.

  3. Looking good Mike, I do that at times, it's good to eat healthy and I try to do it more often. I like to add Walnuts to mine.

    1. Now there is an idea, toss some pine nuts or sunflower seeds in it as well. Will have to try that.
